More than 300 children participated in the final stage of the National Children's Athletic Games "Athletics is looking for talents", which took place at "Vasil Levski" stadium in Sofia on 24th of June 2018.
The selection of the finalists went through three regional tournaments in April and May to select the best in the circuit. The winners have a chance to participate in the European children's athletic games that Brno (Czech Republic) annually accepts in September.
Athletes competed divided into five age groups - born from 2009 to 2012; 2007 - 2008; 2006; 2005; and girls and boys up to 16 years (2003-2004).
